Yes. We are happy to inform you that all products are comming with 1 year of free warranty from the date you purchased the product.

Q: If I order my mobile cell phone today when it will be delivered?

Once we receive your order it can take up to 2 business days before we send your item out for delivery. We use EMS express delivery to ship our products. Once your mobile phone has been sent, it can take from 5 to 7 business days for the item to be delivered to your front door.

The prices of all products we are selling are in USD (American) dollars.

Q: Are the mobile phones you are selling unlocked?

We are happy to inform you that all phones listed on our web site are unlocked and ready to use anywhere in the world. Most of them are three and even quad band and can be used in almost any country.

Q: Can you install the phone with my Language menu?

Kindly contact us and tell us which is the exact phone and the language that you need to be installed on it.

Q: I try to purchase a phone from you but despite all the efforts my payment can not be authorized.

Actually your payment phone was not authorized by your bank. We can not be sure why your bank declined your payment and it would be better to contact them directly. Alternatively you can try paying via our alternative payment processor. If none of them accept your payment you can proceed and pay via Money Gram, its similar alternatives or Bank transfer. If your bank fix the issue you can simply return back to our web site and place your order again.

Q: When my item will be delivered?

Once you order your items it can take up to 2 business days before the items are sent out for delivery. Once they are on the way it should not take more than 5-7 business days before the package is delivered to your front door.

Q: How I can be sure that I will get my order delivered if I pay you?

For several years since we started to operate our web site we delivered a lot of orders to customers from the entire world. So far they did not have any issues with us. If there is an issue with the order of course we are ready solve the issue in your favour depending on the case. Q: Are the items you are selling brand new? Do they have a warranty?

Q: Can you ship my order to my country?

We are happy to inform you that we are shipping all our products worlwide. This means that we will be happy to send the model you will purchase to any address anywhere in the world.

Q: Can I use Mastercard for my online payment?

I am afraid that both of our payment processors are currently unable to process Mastercard payments as it seems that MC has some issues. That's why our payment processors can't process such payments. If you wish you can pay with your VISA card or if you are unable to do that you can pay with Money Gram, its similar alternatives or bank transfer.

Q: Where is your company registered? Where are you shipping my order from?

Our company New Luxury Phones Int. is registered in the EU where our office is also located. All our products are being sent to our customers for shipment directly from our Hong Kong factories.

Q: How I can order item from you?

Placing your order with us is easy. Just follow the steps listed below:

1. Go to the page of the product you are interested in.

2. Add the product to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Buy now" button.

3. On the next page you will have the options to proceed to the checkout and pay for your order or continue shipping if you would like to purchase more than one item.

4. Once you add all products you would like to purchase with us to your shopping basket click on the "Your shopping cart" link near to the upper right corner of the page.

5. Click on the Checkout button.

6. On the next page you should create a new account with us. While creating your account you should specify the shipping and billing address. Just follow on-screen instructions till you reach the "Payment Method" page.

7. Select the method of payment depending your choice. We support online payments via our secure online payment processors GSPay or FashionPay depending on your choice.

8. Once you selected the payment method of your choice click Continue and follow on-screen instructions till you reach the page where you have to enter your credit card details. Submit your payment and make sure to return to our web site afterwards.

9. You are done. Shortly afterwards you will receive a notice which will confirm that we accepted your order and it is being processed.
