All packages and invoices are marked as a gift or being returned after repairing in order to avoid customs fees.

Standard shipping and delivery (EMS FREE WORLDWIDE)

VIP Luxury Phones Int. offers FREE WORLDWIDE low priority shipping via EMS postal services courier services.

Once the clients order any product(s) from our web site it usually takes up to two (2) business days before the order is dispatched and send out for delivery.

After the product is sent to the customer (handed to the shipping agent) it can take up to 5-7 business days before the package is delivered to the client's front door.

Please note that under different circumstances additional delays may apply. In such cases the company can not be liable for any losses caused by the delay of the shipping process.

Alternative shipping methods (UPS, FedEx, DHL)

VIP Luxury Phones Int. offers expedite shipping by using the USP, FedEx and DHL postal services.

Once the clients order any product(s) from our web site and choose any of the USP, FedEx or DHL shipping companies for their courier services it usually takes up to two (2) business days before the order is dispatched and send out for delivery.

The table below shows the delivery time via the different shipping carriers and the additional price that has to be paid by the customer to use those services:

UPS WorldWide - $30 USD extra - 4-5 business days after the package is sent
DHL WorldWide - $40 USD extra - 3-4 business days after the package is sent

Additional shipping and delivery agreements

- The customer is responsible to pay all additional taxes and/or duties that may incur during the shipping process. VIP Luxury Phones Int. will not be responsible for *any* fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order with us.
- The customer agrees that he/she can not claim return for refund of his purchase because of the delayed shipping of his/her product no matter what carrier the client used for the delivery of his purchase.
